To produce a logo for the Park's 40th Anniversary Celebration Event that also reflects it's wildlife habitat.
The Process:
1. Gather visual refrences of the Park's natural residents including turtles, frogs, rabbits, skunks and squirrels.
2. Determine which critters will work best within the composition and trace/re-create said critters into vector format.
3. Arrange critters and typography to create a cohesive look. I always work in Black/White before I even begin to think about color.
4. Once a Black/White design has been approved I began color treatment, textural effects using Adobe Photoshop. I chose to use a green leaf-like texture for obvious reasons.
